Boarding at Milrig
Terms and Conditions
We feel dogs do better being kept on a diet they are used to and offer a reduction for clients who supply their own food.
We do however stock a supply of good quality tinned food and kibble, as well as tasty treats for your dog if you would rather we feed them from our supplies. We ask for any known allergies to be made aware when we’re admitting your dog to Milrig.
We would aim to keep your dog to their familiar feeding schedule, in general our dogs are fed twice a day unless otherwise advised, but additional feeds are no problem. We limit exercise around feeding times to enable dogs to fully digest their food.
All our dogs are tucked into bed for the night with a treat, this may be a dentastick, stuffed Kong or the healthier alternative of a carrot if owner’s prefer!
If your dog is on medication, please discuss this with us prior to making your booking. If your dog requires medication during their stay we ask if this can be provided in original packaging with clear guidelines on the type of medication, dosage and frequency of administration.
Weekdays 10am-12noon and 4pm-6pm
We would greatly appreciate if clients can adhere to our opening hours as much as possible as we do hate to take additional time away from our doggy guests.
We encourage any dog owner looking to board their dog at a kennel facility to visit and have a tour of the facilities. We’re very happy to talk you through the daily routine and ask if visits can be booked in advance for 12:30pm to allow us the rest of the day to see to our guests.
